Montana House Bill 271, legislation that would allow "persons who are eligible to possess a handgun under state or federal law" to carry concealed without a special permit, is now on Governor Brian Schweitzer's desk for final approval. Cam Edwards speaks with Representative Krayton Kerns, the sponsor of the bill, who says this legislation is the logical "next step" for gun laws in his state. Originally aired 5/2/2011.
