Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer issued a surprising veto of House Bill 271, legislation that would have allowed anyone with the right to own a gun to carry concealed firearms within city limits. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA-ILA Montana State Liaison Brian Judy who says the veto was very surprising since 99.4% of the state already allows permitless concealed carry, and permitless open carry is allowed with in city limits (the other .6% of the state). The bill was therefore very modest. Originally aired 5/11/2011.
