MO Carry Reform Rockets Through The Legislature

Donate Now. President Tim Oliver shares the good news from his state where a Right To Carry Reform Bill was approved in the House 125 to 19. If passed, the legislation will reduce the minimum age required for concealed carry permit holders from 23 to 21, expand the Castle Doctrine to rented property such as apartments and it will prohibit persons convicted of domestic violence from obtaining a permit. The bill has one more "formality vote" before it moves to the Senate.
