President of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association (NYSRPA) Tom King tells Cam Edwards that a bill to mandate "micro-stamping" on guns in the state will be heard in the New York Assembly. King explains that the measure is nothing more than an attempt by politicians to pass a token anti-gun bill, since the technology has been proven to be unreliable and easily defeated using household tools. He says that the bill has not passed out of the Assembly, and it seems that New York politicians are wary towards it.
