Jake McGuigan of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) speaks to Cam Edwards about New York Assembly Bill 6468C and Senate Bill 6005A. The bills would require semiautomatic pistols manufactured and sold in the state to be capable of stamping a tiny signature on every round of ammunition fired. McGuigan explains that micro-stamping technology is unproven and can easily be defeated with household tools, while it would significantly increase the cost of firearms. Senate Bill 6005A is currently headed to the Senate floor. Originally aired 6/9/10.
