On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Maryland where Willie Featherstone, a man who had already done time for armed robbery and escape, was accused of raping and murdering a 15-year-old girl in 1986. Despite witnesses testifying to his confession for this crime, he was sentenced to only 30 years for second-degree murder in 1987. However, in 2006, the first time he is up for parole, Featherstone is set free. He is charged again within a year, and has been in and out of the system right up to now. Originally aired 10/12/2010.
