On this edition of The McCarville Minute, Second Amendment Activist Mike McCarville tips his hat to Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. Daniels has recently signed legislation that would allow right-to-carry licensees to store their legally owned firearms in their vehicles while their cars are parked in private parking lots at work. Also included in the same bill is a provision for "Emergency Powers" protecting gun owners from having their firearms confiscated during declared states of emergency. McCarville explains that this legislation will benefit 300,000 permit holders and all gun owners in the state.
