On this edition of The McCarville Minute, Second Amendment activist and blogger Mike McCarville talks about the recent move by the Iowa legislature and governor to improve some of the restrictive gun control laws concerning concealed carry license applications. McCarville reports that, under the new law, sheriffs cannot deny applicants without a specific reason. Also under the new law, permit holders can carry concealed firearms in bars so long as they are not legally intoxicated. Originally aired 1/10/2011.
