On this edition of McCarville Minute, Second Amendment activist and blogger Mike McCarville talks about a civil rights case in New Jersey where Brian Aitken, a young father and successful businessman, was sentenced to seven years in prison for transporting legally-owned handguns in his vehicle. By New Jersey law, what Aitken was doing was illegal unless he was in the process of moving-which he was. The judge in the trial, however, refused to hear this defense and subjected Aitken to what his attorneys refer to as "a perfect storm of injustice." Originally aired 12/6/2010.
