Massachusetts State Representative Jeff Perry talks to Cam Edwards about House Bill 4102, which would limit firearm purchases to one per month. The bill, which was introduced by Governor Deval Patrick last year, failed to receive a passing vote in the Joint Committee on the Judiciary, but anti-gun representatives are applying pressure to allow late votes to be counted in defiance of proper procedure. Perry says that it appears likely that the bill will not make it out of committee. He also discusses the initiative that he introduced to keep state benefits from illegal immigrants, which has attracted the opposition of Governor Patrick. Originally aired 6/9/2010.
