On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards tells a story from Minneapolis, Minnesota where Yohannes Adem, 29, initially plead guilty to second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon after he intentionally threw battery acid in his ex-girlfriend's face. However, he claimed that he did not realize, when he entered the plea, that he could be deported if he was convicted. The judge allowed him to withdraw his plea to simple robbery, and he will not receive any jail time if he commits no more crimes in 3 years. Originally aired 5/20/2011.
