On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Rome, Georgia where Eugene Ashley, 26, was arrested two years ago when the Department of Family and Children Services discovered that he had tattooed the initials "DB" on his 3-year-old son. Ashley was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $300, and the judge claimed she did not think there was any difference between the piercing of a little girl's ears and tattooing a toddler.
