An "urgent" proposal to ban the open carry of firearms was rushed through the Los Angeles City Council process three months ago, but now lawmakers are realizing they have "opened a huge can of worms." Cam Edwards speaks with Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel who explains that, due to the recent ruling in Peruta v.
