Charles Sykes, the only Federally License Firearms Dealer (FFL) in Washington, D.C., was unable to keep his gun store afloat under the District's harsh zoning restrictions and draconian gun control laws that followed the Heller decision. Since this makes D.C. vulnerable to lawsuits over gun rights, Sykes will now set up shop in police headquarters. Cam Edwards speaks with Kristopher Baumann of the D.C. Police Union about this temporary solution to a much bigger problem for gun owners in the District. Originally aired 7/21/2011.
