State legislature considers bills that will reduce gun regulations. Cam Edwards speaks with Virginia Delegate Scott Lingamfelter about recent moves in the state toward lifting some of the anti-gun laws now that NRA A-rated Governor Bob McDonnell is in office. Del. Ligamfelter has proposed a bill that would abolish Virginia's One Gun A Month law that limits gun buyers to one firearm purchase in a given 30-day period. A bill has also been proposed to allow licensed permit holders to carry concealed handguns on college campuses.
