Jackson v. San Francisco is a lawsuit supported by the NRA and the California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA) challenging three unconstitutional gun control ordinances in San Francisco, CA. The challenged ordinances ban all ammunition that "serves no sporting purpose," prohibit the discharge of any firearm in the city (even for self-defense) and require all firearms in homes to be disabled with a trigger lock or stored in a manner that makes the firearm useless for immediate self-defense. Cam Edwards speaks with Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel about the case. Originally aired 10/1/10.
