Larry Potterfield talks about the NRA "Round-Up" Program. The president of Midway USA and his daughter present NRA-ILA Executive Director Chris W. Cox with a check for the $4.5 million that was raised through the program since 1992. Potterfield explains that the fund accumulates wealth when Midway customers choose to round up their transactions to the next-highest dollar. The difference then goes into the NRA-ILA National Endowment for the Protection of the Second Amendment, an institution that 85 percent of Midway customers choose to support by rounding up. Every year, the NRA takes out 5 percent of the money to fund a Second Amendment battle in one of the 50 states.
