Sales of gun silencers are soaring. Sales were up 37 percent in 2013, to nearly 500,000. That's compared to 360,000 in 2012 and 285,000 in 2011. Knox Williams, president and executive director of the American Silencer Association, discusses the explosive popularity of the devices also known as suppressors.
