On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards reports that the man suspected of fatally stabbing four people over the weekend had failed to complete a mandatory anger management class while on parole. Michael Ballard, 36, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was convicted of murder in 1991 and paroled in 2006, but he was returned to prison for parole violation after he stopped attending therapy. Ballard received another hearing after only seven months in prison and was put back on the streets, this time without any anger management requirements. Originally aired 7/7/2010.
