In New Jersey, the first bear hunt in five years got off to a fast start despite resistance from Animal Rights Activists, with more than 40 bears taken in the first hours of the hunt. One protester has been arrested for repeatedly refusing to leave a restricted area. Ginny Simone speaks with John Castiglia Jr., a full-time police officer and the first hunter to get his bear. He explains that while he loves to hunt, this is more than just about hunting. It's about safe and effective wildlife management for the protection of the species and the public.
