Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton talks to Ginny Simone about the agenda outline produced during last week's U.N. meetings for an international arms trade treaty. He says that despite the setback to the anti-gun crowd presented by the resignation of Rebecca Peters as head of the International Action Network on Small Arms (IANSA), the project to target the gun rights of American citizens is unchanged. Bolton explains that although a clause in this outline mentions an exemption for hunting and sporting rifles, many of the nations at the negotiating table are still determined to sign a treaty restricting all legally owned firearms.
