In a recent statement, Secretary of State Hilary Clinton referred to the United Nations as "the single most important global institution." Former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton tells Ginny Simone that Clinton's speech was more like a feeble justification of her tenure as, in truth, the Obama administration's U.N record has been decidedly weak. However, though it has been a sparse relationship in the past, Bolton says voters should certainly pay attention: President Obama and Hilary Clinton are working to do much more with the United Nations in the future-possibly by way of the global arms trade treaty.
