Ireland's ban bars Patrick Herlihy from his competition handguns. Cam Edwards speaks with Dave Kopel of the Independence Institute about the marksman's plight and how his case might affect Ireland Minister of Justice Dermot Ahern's anti-gun agenda. The Irish legislature passed the Firearms Act last August, banning all handguns and short-barreled weapons. Kopel says this law could stand in Herlihy's case though Ireland has gone through a gun rights rollercoaster before in the '70s and '90s.
