Cam Edwards speaks with Lacey Biles, NRA-ILA Hunting Policy Liaison, about two major news stories affecting hunters. First, sharpshooters are heading out to Santa Rosa Island, California to exterminate the Roosevelt Elk and Kaibab mule deer. This slaughter is happening even after a proposal by the NRA to allow disabled veterans to hunt the animals instead. In other news, Iowa is slated to have its first mourning dove hunting session since 1918, but anti-gun legislators are trying to ban the traditional lead ammunition that would be used by the mourning dove hunters.
