Cam Edwards rolls video of two Congressmen from Illinois, Rep. Mike Quigley and Rep. Adam Kinzinger, who have opposing viewpoints on the National Right to Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011 (H.R. 822). Rep. Quigley incorrectly asserts that the bill tramples on state's rights using same sex marriage as a slippery slope argument. Rep. Kinzinger says that criminals will carry concealed whether it is legal or not, and this bill would allow law-abiding citizens to carry legally to defend themselves. Originally aired 11/17/2011.
