Illinois Ammunition "Sin Tax" Bill Proposed

Ginny Simone speaks with Richard Pearson, executive director of the Illinois State Rifle Association (ISRA), about HB 5167, legislation that would place a 2% "sin tax" on ammunition. Funds will be used for a "High Crime Trauma Center Grant." Pearson says the bill will definitely go to the floor with so many anti-gunners behind it, but it will be fought.
