House Bill 3500, legislation that would protect the privacy of Firearm Owners ID (FOID) cardholders and applicants, has been overwhelmingly approved by the Illinois State Senate. It now heads to Gov. Pat Quinn's desk for approval. Cam Edwards speaks with Todd Vandermyde, NRA Illinois Lobbyist, who says the governor has actually indicated that he might sign this vital piece of legislation.
