On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Rockford, Illinois where Darwin Henley, a man that was convicted of murder in 1996, has committed more crimes since doing his time. Henley has now been sentenced to 25 years for the offense of Armed Habitual Criminal and 25 years for Attempted Armed Robbery. As part of a deal, these sentences will be served concurrently.
