On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from The Daily Caller about the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) accepting responsibility for releasing a suspected child rapist. Amado Espinoza-Ramirez was arrested last August by Chicago police and was charged with forty-two counts of predatory sexual acts. ICE took custody of Espinoza-Ramirez in September but released him pending a November hearing, which he never showed up for. According to ICE, "he is currently considered to be an immigration fugitive with an outstanding order of deportation." Originally aired 3/21/2012.
