Despite Illinois Governor Pat Quinn's vow to veto the legislation, House Bill 148 allowing Illinois citizens licensed right-to-carry has passed the committee vote. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA Illinois Lobbyist Todd Vandermyde who says the full vote is scheduled for tomorrow, and gun owners should contact their lawmakers today since a 71-vote supermajority is needed to pass this legislation.
