Congressman Jeff Flake of Arizona talks with Ginny Simone about the Recreational Shooting Protection Act of 2011 (H.R. 3440). The legislation would disallow the limitation of shooting on public lands without the direct consultation of Congress. The bill is in response to the Obama administration Bureau of Land Management's recently submitted proposal that would allow the department to pick and choose which lands could be used for shooting.
