On Monday, Attorney Stephen Halbrook argued on behalf of four plaintiffs, including Dick Heller of the 2008 D.C. v. Heller Supreme Court case, who are challenging D.C. Mayor Fenty's gun restrictions that he has implemented in defiance of the 2008 Heller ruling. Ginny Simone speaks with Halbrook about the "Heller II" oral arguments, and he says he is optimistic that the three-judge panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals in the D.C. Circuit will agree that Fenty's laws are unconstitutional. Originally aired 11/15/2010.
