Gun rights are a key topic for the Senate and Supreme Court. Brian Darling, director of Senate Relations at the Heritage Foundation, appears in the studio on tonight's Cam & Company to discuss the judicial hearings for Judge Sonia Sotomayor and the narrow defeat of the Thune-Vitter Amendment on interstate Right-to-Carry reciprocity. Darling explains that this is an exciting time to be a gun owner, with the Supreme Court likely to re-examine whether the right to bear arms is fundamental, as well as growing bipartisan support for the Second Amendment in the Senate.
