On this edition of The McCarville Minute, Second Amendment activist Mike McCarville reminds NRA members of the power of individuals to make pro-gun legislation successful. In Hawaii, a bill that would protect legal gun owners from having their firearms or ammunition seized during a declared state of emergency has passed the Senate unanimously this year though the measure went nowhere when it was introduced last year. Advocates of the bill made it a priority in the wake of this year's tsunami scares, and it will now head to Governor Linda Lingle's desk to be signed into law.
