NRA-ILA Wisconsin State Liaison Brent Gardner speaks with Cam Edwards on the night before Governor Scott Walker is slated to sign the state's concealed-carry bill into law. Wisconsin will soon be the 49th state in the country to allow law-abiding citizens the right to carry for personal protection-Illinois will be the only state left that does not. Gardner says the law will take effect on November 1 of this year. Originally aired 7/7/2011.
