Back from assignment in England, Ginny Simone speaks with Cameron Gray and John Popp about the aftermath of the London Riots that she observed firsthand. "You could cut the tension in these communities with a knife," Simone says of locations such as Birmingham that were affected by the riots. She explains that the insufficient police response and restrictive gun and self-defense laws left British citizens feeling vulnerable and exposed as rioters torched and destroyed at random.
