On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Seattle, Washington where 31-year-old Richard Floyd Blake has been sentenced to only five years for opening fire with an MAK-90 across Interstate 5 in August 2009. Blake was a convicted felon and charged in this case with reckless endangerment and unlawful gun possession. Officers ultimately found 18 spent shell casings likely fired from his rifle, according to court documents, and evidence suggested that Blake intended to cause harm to many innocent people. He will now be prevented from that goal for no more than 5 years.
