On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Vero Beach, Florida where Jamie Gordon, 31, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison after trying to rob a bank since the judge ruled him a "violent career criminal." Under Florida law, a "violent career criminal" must be convicted of violent crimes on three separate occasions. Gordon has been convicted of aggravated assault on a police officer and other violence in three burglaries as part of his record of 27 prior felony offenses. Originally aired 2/28/2011.
