Last year, in a reaction to two school shootings in recent years, Finnish lawmakers enacted new gun control laws that increase the age limit for license applicants and require proof of active involvement in hunting or sport for citizens to own a gun. These laws are now going into effect. Cam Edwards speaks with Dave Kopel of the Independence Institute who explains that while these new laws will make life difficult for gun owners, it could have been a lot worse.
