The appeals court for the District of Columbia circuit ruled on Tuesday that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) does not have the power to impose "net neutrality" restrictions on internet service providers. Vice President of Legal and Public Affairs at the Center for Individual Freedom (CFIF) Tim Lee talks to Cam Edwards about the benefits of this ruling and the dangers of the net neutrality movement, which seeks to increase government regulation of the Internet. Lee explains that a new Rasmussen poll shows the majority of Americans to be opposed to net neutrality.
