Elk License Brings Christmas Spirit

On tonight's McCarville Minute, Second Amendment activist Mike McCarville tells the story of Chet Briggs, who at the age of 98 had been trying for 30 years to get a license to hunt elk. In June, his friend Larry Burcz managed to get a license for a hunt in December and transferred it to Briggs, who told his friend that he was not sure he would live long enough to use it. According to the older man's grandson, the prospect of finally achieving his dream was rejuvenating to Briggs, and this month he finally took down his first elk.
