Dr. David Corbin is professor of politics at The King's College, New York. At The Federalist, he and co-author Matthew Parks continue their series about the prospects for the election of a Republican president in 2016 in, "Choosing a Responsible President." He notes that the Founding Fathers emphasized the division of authority, and the need to be certain that the executive stays within the confines of his responsibility. Professor Corbin points out that expansion of executive authority has been of great concern to both Democrats and Republicans in recent administrations. Originally aired on NRA News Cam & Co 11/03/14.
