46-year-old Jim Cap of Manville, New Jersey is a quadriplegic who is also an enthusiast of the shooting sports. But when he applied for a gun permit, the local police chief delayed and then denied his request. Now that a New Jersey Superior Court judge has ruled in his favor, an excited Cap already has his permit. He and his attorney Ed Kopelson talk to Ginny Simone about the long struggle for the permit and their upcoming civil suit that will attempt to defray the expenses from the initial trial.
