Lee Williams, investigative reporter for the Caesar Rodney Institute, talks to Cam Edwards about the latest development in the saga of Delaware's firearms ban in public housing. The Dover Housing Authority has solicited an opinion on the constitutionality of the ban from Attorney General Beau Biden, a step that Williams says will prolong what should be a simple case. The Newark Housing Authority has voluntarily reversed the ban, and Williams hopes that the others will follow suit before the NRA is forced to litigate. At the same time, Delaware House Bill 357, a bipartisan effort to repeal the ban, is finding a broad base of support.
