NRA Director of General Operations Kayne Robinson talks to Cam Edwards while attending the 75th North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Robinson says that the NRA is participating in order to communicate with departments of natural resources, hunting and shooting organizations and conservation groups about the critical issue of hunters' rights. He delivered a talk this morning about the "vulnerable hunter," and he explains that without the support of mentors, hunting has become a prohibitively difficult and legally dangerous sport to pick up. Robinson gives examples of obscure statutes under which a well-meaning hunter can be arrested.
