On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards reports that actress Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to only 90 days in jail after violating parole and leaving the country, and she could be out in as little as two weeks. In other news, Prosecutor Arthur Cotter publicly stated his belief that St. Joseph, Michigan resident Donnell Williams should have been in prison at the time that he shot and paralyzed a four-year-old girl. Williams, whose criminal record begins in 1990 with a juvenile conviction for larceny, only served three-and-a-half years of a three-to-twenty-year jail term despite having 11 convictions at the time. He now faces the prospect of life in prison. Originally aired 7/21/2010.
