DE Public Housing Gun Ban: 1 Down, 3 To Go

NRA Past President John Sigler reports that the Newark Public Housing Authority in Delaware is the first of the four authorities in the state to repeal their gun ban policy. Uncovered by a five-month investigation by the Caesar Rodney Institute, this gun ban in Delaware victimizes some of the state's most vulnerable citizens, keeping them as hostages in their own homes. All four authorities have been put on notice by the NRA that this policy is unconstitutional, and that the NRA is prepared to take action if the situation is not promptly corrected.
