DE Housing Ban Is Unconstitutional

Lee Williams of the Caesar Rodney Institute (CRI) discusses the current battle over the gun ban in Delaware's public housing communities. He tells Ginny Simone that while the response has been excellent and legislation has been discussed to protect these citizens from the drug dealers and gang members who run rampant in their communities, new laws should not be necessary. Delaware's state constitution clearly protects the rights of these people to defend themselves, and it prohibits local governments from creating laws that infringe on those rights.
