Delaware Governor Jack Markell has made several recent allusions to legislation that would "strengthen the state's gun laws" with "common sense measures." These statements sound like the lingo of many gun control advocates, and the fact that Gov. Markell is being very secretive toward the NRA and others about the bill implies that something's afoot in the way of gun control. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA Past President John Sigler about the "secret bill." Sigler says that until Gov. Markell makes his plan public, the NRA is presuming that the bills are hostile toward the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens as are sponsors of the bill. Originally aired 2/9/2011.
