On tonight's Civil Rights Roundup, NRA Deputy General Counsel Stefan Tahmassebi tells Cam Edwards that in the wake of Supreme Court case DC v. Heller, the District of Columbia is still infringing on the firearms rights of its residents. Dick Heller, who acted as plaintiff in the original case, filed another lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of new gun laws and regulations issued by the local government since the ruling that the Second Amendment protects an individual right. Tahmassebi provides the background to the lawsuit, and next week he plans to analyze the outcome, in which the judge upheld restrictions on gun rights.
